Teddy began his career as a Chemist and Engineer. He spent his time researching, developing, and manufacturing products for various U.S. Department of Defense applications. While the technical aspects of his career came naturally, he desired a profession with more creative freedom. Teddy’s passion for metalsmithing, his chemical and engineering background, and his entrepreneurial spirit made transitioning into metalsmithing a natural progression.

In 2017 Teddy launched Mamba Metals. At Mamba Metals, Teddy utilizes lost wax techniques, additive manufacturing, and novel chemistry to make unique jewelry and everyday carry gear.
