SHIPPING POLICY

Mamba Metals offers free, domestic USPS First Class postage. USPS Priority Mail postage is also available.

International shipping options are available via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International postage.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Mamba Metals does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. Mamba Metals is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.

Refunds for lost or damaged packages are issued after the insurance claim process is complete

Reminder: All custom and made-to-order products will require additional processing time.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Mamba Metals and USPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates. New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Custom orders can not be returned. Please Contact Us to determine the best solution if you are not satisfied with your custom order.

For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You must use USPS to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. If merchandise is not returned within 14 days of delivery, it is not eligible for refund.
